The requirements have not changed – Indian passport holders may apply for a tourist visa at the immigration checkpoints if the period of stay is not exceeding 15 days.

The Thai visa is a paper one – which means that you need to receive a stamp in your passport. There is no way to apply for such visa online and get it approved. If you’re interested and residing in Ireland or in the UK we would be able to organize the visa for you. Otherwise you should contact the nearest embassy for further assistance!

1. Lorsqu'une plainte officielle est reçue par Visa First, la société enregistre la nature de la plainte et délivre par email au client, un accusé de réception de la plainte sous 5 jours ouvrés à partir de la date de réception de la plainte. L'accusé de réception de la plainte fournira au client le nom de la personne responsable du traitement de la plainte. La plainte officielle doit être transmise à Visa First par email (ou par courrier postal, bien que cette option fera ralentir la procédure), et doit confirmer que le client souhaite engager cette procédure.Veuillez s'il-vous-plaît envoyer votre plainte à complaints@visafirst.com
2. Visa First enquêtera sur la plainte le plus rapidement possible et le cas échéant, le plaignant recevra une mise à jour écrite sur le traitement de sa plainte régulièrement à des intervalles ne dépassant pas 20 jours ouvrés.
3. Visa First essaiera de résoudre la plainte dans les 40 jours ouvrables après réception de celle-ci. Si la plainte ne peut pas être résolue dans les 40 jours ouvrés, la société écriera au plaignant pour les informer des délais prévus pour résoudre l'enquête.
4. Dans les 5 jours ouvrables suivants la conclusion de l'enquête sur la plainte, Visa First émettra une lettre de résolution détaillant les résultats de l'enquête. Cette lettre incluera, le cas échéant, une explication des termes et conditions de toute offre que la société est prête à faire afin de régler la plainte.
